PLACEMENT INFORMATION:
Physiotherapy deals with human movement and function. It aims to maximise patient potential and return to normal function following ill health, trauma or disability for other reasons.

PLACEMENT DETAILS:
Whilst on placement, individuals will shadow a member of the department, observing their day-to-day duties in the hospital. This will include observation within both inpatients and outpatient services. This may include some or all of the following inpatient areas such as orthopaedic wards, surgical wards, medical wards, care of the elderly wards. Outpatient treatment areas may also include Aquatic Therapy.
